    Ash Crotch Hollow Form

The grain on this hollow form reminds me of one of the carved piece by Gramme Priddel.
The look is the result of cutting the blank from between two branches, At the bottom you can see a little bit of the crotch curly.

5 inches in diameter by 6 3/4 inches tall.
Bush Oil sanded with one more coat for finish.

    That's really beautiful!
Working with the crotch of the tree adds so much dimension to the grain.
And keeping the form simple, really shows that off.

    Perfectly executed.
