If you have a friend with a metal lathe, these would be as easy as it gets to make.
Take 2-1/2" bar stock, drill 19/32 hole, ream to 5/8, and part off various thicknesses.

I used hole saws with 1/8" aluminum , first the 2 1/2" then the 5/8" on the drill press's slowest speed. I used WD-40 for cutting fluid.
