    AWWW, they aren't as noisy as the HF '2hp' dust collector Mine's outside too, and I can barely hear it thru my metal door.

    Mount it to a piece of that quality Chinese plywood that you just received. and screw that to a joist in your ceiling and you'll be good to go!
