    Brad,
I have had so far a good experience dealing with Wilke, I purchased the BW-10LTS saw and the yorkcraft 6" jointer. small problems with both but customer service is quick and responsive. Where in NW ohio are you? I am in Sylvania/Toledo. You would be more than welcome to stop by and take a look if you are near.
