    Good to hear, Ken.

Yeah, I definitely know you're there, as the moderator log can attest, you still have the record for the most "moves" and "edits".

Great news, Ken. Glad to see things improving so well.

Your needing to gain weight reminds me of a few years ago when I was in a similar position...I'd lost about 20 pounds after a hospital stay, and was actively seeking to gain it back. One day in the checkout line at the supermarket, LOML was reading the calorie counts of the different things in the cart, saying things like "great, this one's got 1500 calories per serving, and you always eat two servings anyway", when the lady in front of us turned around and jokingly said said to me "I hate people like you".

    Welcome back -

Keep up the good fight Ken. I know what your going through, lost a BIL in Jan 04 watched it eat him up from thanksgiving 03 on. Almost one year later to the date his son in law was diagnosed with throat cancer. Ted's been lucky and now a little over a year later thers no sign of his cancer.

Great to hear Ken, sounds like you need to go from Bud Light to Bud Heavy now.
If at 1st you don't succeed, go back to the lumberyard and get some more wood.

Good to see you back and posting, Ken. There aren't too many folk in this neck of the world who are thinner than I, but you could well be one of them!!
