Mike, thanks looking forward to more pics. While you at it is the tang somewhat rounded or is it square and flat? Did you set it in the handle with epoxy?

Jim, here are a couple pics of the cutter head and the bar stock
that I cut it from. The tang is just a tapered V shape driven into the
handle with a drop of thick ca glue to ensure no movement, but I don't
think it needed any glue.
