Graco Ultra (cordless) life span... 20 gallons?

    Hi,

So some guy who re builds Graco machines (repairs) says these things are only good for 20 gallons ish (pumps / pump seals go bad). According to that logic / experience and cup size (1/4 gallon), you can only spray full cups 100 times before the machine needs to be repaired. The pump units are all one unit and cost around $250.

    That's crazy if true.

Do other people have experience with this machine dying on them?
    Yes, I have 3 phase!

Doesn't sound reasonable to me. Is that with keeping pump armour in it when not being used as well? I push the Pump Armour through with water and keep it to reuse a bunch of times. Do they not sell a rebuild kit for that pump? The pumps for the big ones are pretty simple and easy to rebuild but I have no experience going in a cordless one's pump. Which model sprayer?
