Nothing new I'm sure but kudos to Uncle Bob

    Hello everyone,

I recently placed an order with Bob Marino for another wonderful Festool that I wanted along with some supplies that I needed.

I had also asked Bob in a little note with the order that I couldn't find something that I wanted on the website.

When I received the last part of the order today I was pleasantly surprised to fine the item that I couldn't locate on his website included in the box.

Normal customer service for Bob and just another reason why he has such a huge number of customers here at the Creek.

Thanks Bob, you are the best.

    Greg

Bob's the best. Now if he'd just take the prices off the invoices so SWMBO doesn't see how much his tools really cost.....
