    Thumbs up LaserArts Wood

Just wanted to let you all know that I've been playing with the wood from LaserArts that I won in one of the Free Stuff Drawings a while back. That is some of the nicest wood I've ever had the pleasure of cutting on my laser (or anywhere else, for that matter)! I'll post pictures as soon as I get the pieces finished ... nothing fancy, just some wooden pendants for necklaces. You know, toys to wow people with. But talk about Wow! The cherry etches beautifully and cuts like a dream. No charred edges, just a lovely deep reddish color. Thanks for the wood, George! You can bet I'll be back for more when this batch runs out!

    The Toys:
LaserPro Explorer 30W (with all the goodies)
    New Hermes Vanguard 3400
    New Hermes pantograph
Really, really old heat press, with nothing to press now that my toner cartridge is RIP.

    I agree!

I've bought wood from George and you are right. I like the fact he can cram a lot of wood in those flat-rate boxes! You get a lot of wood for the price.

    I've been pleased with it.
