Workshop Floor Paint

I just built a new workshop, The flooring is Advantech T&G The 50 yr. warranty will void if I use a water base paint on it. Anyone have any good experiences with other paints that they can share.

While my floor is concrete I have seen painted wood floors that are any where from navy gray to trompe l'oeil 3 demensional looks. I guess it is up to you what you want. The paint I would go with what ever the Sherwin Williams or Porter paint sales rep recommended I have a hard time keeping up with the latest in paint tech.
