If you have an interest in new construction, remodeling, or renovation, I would say yeah. Lots of vendors, demos, and industry pros.
I went two years ago, would have gone this year but didn't want to strand my wife for a few days with our infant daughter.
Is Gary Katz going to be there? He puts on a great presentation.
Total tax write-off if you are in the trades.

Ditto to what Dustin said. Last year was my first year and I hope to go this year. Gary Katz' presentation (running crown) was excellent. I believe tomorrow is the last day for discount registration. I'll probably do just the exhibit hall again this year. If you attend the conferences you could easily spend days.
I've been to it. If you simply have any curiousity about light (i.e. mostly residential) construction, you'll have a great time. There's also a lot of good tool info to be found, admittedly focused on the carpenter/trim carpenter aspect of woodwork rather than cabinetmaker/furnituremaker/turner side of things. Plus lotsa good stuff on HVAC, electrical, "wired house", plumbing, etc, etc.
I wish they'd come back here soon...
