    Center for Furniture Craftsmanship

Anyone ever do the 9 month comprehensive here?

I am seriously looking into it, would love some feedback from anyone who has been lucky enough.

I have not attended, but like you, i am considering it someday too. I have spoken to the folks at a furniture/boat show in Rockland Maine, a number of times and they seem very nice and knowledgeable. they also seem to bend over backwards for their students. Just speaking with them made me want to attend even more!

My initial thought was to take a 1 or 2 week class just to get a feel for the place before i commit to the better part of a year. this is just in case i dont like their style or something, cheap (kinda) insurance i guess...

I have also driven through the campus and looks very nice. on top of all that, the Midcoast area of Maine is BEAUTIFUL!!! anytime that you aren't spending in the shop you can find countless great spots in the are!

like i said, someday i hope to attend, it will be my form grad school debt! haha

    Good luck,
    Nick
