    Delta's web site

I just went to Delta's web site to try and down load the owners manual for a Delta bandsaw 28-206 that I picked up used yesterday. The web site says the owers manual can not be found. Does anyone know how to get to the manuals and find the page for this saw?

    Thanks for the help.

    John

When I get the saw home, I will post some pictures.

Try going right to the service site and see if you can get it, there are parts of the site that are not working.

I tried getting a manual from their website, and the only version they have available is in French (although it's marked "English"). I've sent several emails to them, and they seem unconvinced that there is actually a problem.

I've found that amazon is a great resource for manuals. They seem to always list the product manual under the product details of the items they sell. At least they have for anything I've looked for. And they have it in this case as well. Here is a link to their site:

And one directly to the manual:

    John,

The following is a site that offers parts for Delta machinery (as well as other brands). The site has the exploded view (diagram) of your bandsaw so parts can be identified and ordered by number: www.ereplacementparts.com. You might give them a call about the manual and see what they can do for you. I just order a couple parts from them, and they were very helpful.
