Why can't I reply? I am logged on so what's the problem?

Is there a particular place you can't reply...like in the Free Classifieds? That particular forum can only be posted in by contributors, but you can PM someone if you are interested in something listed. If you cannot post in the other forums, please advise so that further help can be provided.
