Have detached garage (small, 440 sq. ft.) that had a buckled concrete floor. Removed the floor this summer. Now anxious to get new floor in. On limited budget and doing all work myself.

Considering the heating system for using garage as woodshop. If going with radiant tube floor, can I just place the tubes now, pour the floor and purchase/install the pump, heater, etc in a few months when I have the cash?

Is there any reason I would have to buy the entire system first just to get the concrete pour done? Other than freezing my tail off?

Thanks,
John
